Note for legal entities

Requirements to computerized tomography for surgical template fabrication:

-It is recommended to use equipment with scanning field no less than 120 x 120 mm.

-The patient should touch with his tongue the place where the hard palate and the soft palate meet during the scanning procedure; cheeks and lips should be isolated from the gum with cotton rolls.

-The patient’s head should be fixed with mouth slightly open.

-Cotton rolls may be used to separate the jaws.

-If the patient uses over-denture solutions, they should be removed from the mouth cavity.

-The tomographic image should include at least one half of Highmore antrum. Make sure that the tomographic image covers the entire jaw.

-Recommended slice thickness: Superior jaw = 0.3-0.4 mm Lower jaw = no more than 0.2 mm.

-The results of computed tomography shall be saved in DICOM format (multi-file, no compression).

-We accept the folder with DICOM files on a CD, portable data storage devices or via
